The Path
Part I — Entering The Path
The Call, the Search, and the First Turn Toward Presence
Six live gatherings over three weeks exploring the inner stirrings and movements of the spiritual life.
About the Series
This series is not an academic study of spirituality, nor a journey into collecting more knowledge, beliefs, or information.
It is an exploration of the living relationship you already have with what many have called Presence, God, truth, reality, or the divine life.
Together, we’ll explore some of the experiences and recognitions that arise along the contemplative path: longing, seeking, effort, identity, glimpses of stillness, grace, silence, and the gradual realization that we are not separate from the divine life.
Many people experience moments of insight, openness, or inner change, yet have little context for understanding what is happening within them. This series is meant to offer orientation. Not rigid answers, but a light framework that may help illuminate where you are on the Path and what may be unfolding within you.
The emphasis is not on accumulating concepts, but on learning how to live in relationship with what is real.
“I’m longing for a home I don’t even know is real or exists, but I’m longing for it. And no amount of the false will quench that thirst.”
— James

SESSION 6

The Gatherings
Each gathering includes shared silence, contemplative teaching, and open dialogue.
We begin each gathering with shared silence and meditation before moving into live teaching, dialogue, and exploration of the week’s theme.
Space for questions, reflection, uncertainty, sincere inquiry, and the practical integration of these insights into ordinary daily life.

The contemplative path is not separate from ordinary life.
Over time, it begins to reveal ordinary life itself as the place through which we encounter what is sacred.
This work is not about becoming something other than what you are. In many ways, it is a gradual release of what is false, exhausting, and not real.
And a deepening into what has been here all along.
You do not need certainty, spiritual accomplishment, or special understanding for this work.
Only sincerity. Only a willingness to remain open, and continue following the thread inward.
